Using Monty

Only if you explicitly turn that on. Every workspace starts in Review Mode: Monty drafts, you approve, then it sends — nothing leaves without your click. Autopilot is opt-in per workspace and runs strictly inside the rules you set: sending hours, follow-up cadence, and guardrails on what can be said and to whom. You can flip back to Review Mode at any time and it applies instantly.

In Review Mode nothing reaches a lead without your approval — you edit the draft before it can send, and your edits are fed back into how Monty writes, so it steers away from the phrasing you corrected (rejecting a draft stops the send, but it teaches Monty less than an edit does). In Autopilot, guardrails bound what Monty may say: every price, link, and plan name in a draft has to match a fact you've given us, guarantee and certification claims you haven't approved are escalated to you instead of sent, and so is anything else risky or unusual. Key state changes are recorded in the lead's history so you can trace what happened. If something still slips through, tell support — reply-quality reports go straight to the people who tune the drafting engine.

Review Mode: every draft waits in your queue and you approve, edit, or reject each one — full control, a few minutes of your day. Autopilot: Monty handles routine replies and follow-ups hands-free inside your rules and escalates anything unusual to you, so you only step in where judgment is needed. We recommend running Review Mode for the first week or two to calibrate trust before switching. It's per-workspace and reversible at any time from Settings.

Monty reads each reply and scores it on the signals that decide whether a conversation is worth your time: budget, buying authority, timeline, and need. Strong ones get flagged for you; poor fits are let down politely. Each lead's score and stage are visible in your workspace, so you can see where every conversation stands without opening the thread.

Yes — this is where most revenue hides. When a lead goes quiet, Monty schedules follow-ups on the cadence you control in your campaign's sending settings, each one written against the actual thread rather than a generic bump. Follow-ups stop automatically the moment the lead replies, opts out, or hits your cap on attempts. In Review Mode, follow-up drafts queue for approval like everything else.

Immediately and permanently: when a lead asks to stop hearing from you — explicitly or in substance — Monty marks them do-not-contact, halts all scheduled follow-ups on the spot, and sends nothing further to that address. The do-not-contact list is visible in Settings → Do not contact and you can add anyone to it manually; opt-out status is also re-checked at the moment of sending, so nothing leaves to an opted-out address — in either mode.
