About

I'm Elliot. I built Monty and I run it.

I built Monty. I run every setup call myself, and for the first month you are on the phone with me, not with a success manager.

If you got a message from me on LinkedIn, this is the same person.

Why this

The choice every small team makes without meaning to.

A good email takes an hour of thought. So the top of the list gets one, and the rest get a template or nothing. Then a reply lands while everyone is on calls, and it waits. I built Monty so the whole list gets the good email, every reply has an answer drafted the day it arrives, and you read all of it before it goes out in your name.

The first month

How I work with early customers.

I have a product that works and nobody who will say so in public yet. So the first customers get me, not a success manager.

The setup

Two clicks to connect your inbox, and Monty asks you about the business. If you would rather do it with me on a call, book one. No setup fee either way.

The first month

A call with me every week. I read what Monty wrote, you tell me what you would have changed, and it changes.

After that

A direct line to me. If something is wrong, you tell me and I fix it, and it goes on the updates page.

The price and the guarantee are on the pricing page.

Not on offer

What Monty will not do.

Invent a number for your prospects' inboxes.

If a figure is not in your documents or your workspace, it does not go in an email. A made-up statistic in your name is the fastest way to lose a reply you would otherwise have had.

Borrow a statistic.

No industry benchmark, no analyst quote, no "companies like yours see". Every claim in a draft traces to something you gave it, and you can see what.

Run on its own before you switch it on.

Everything is held for approval until you decide otherwise, per campaign. Autonomy is a switch you flip, not a default you find out about.

Send a follow-up that ends the thread.

No breakup email, no "I'll assume this isn't a priority". A thread that goes quiet is left open for the person to come back to, because they often do.

Get in touch

Fifteen minutes is enough to know.

Bring your list. I will walk you through what Monty would do with it in the first week, and you can decide from there.
