One email per person.
Every person on the list.

Monty writes it, sends it from your own inbox, chases the ones who go quiet, answers the replies and books the meeting. You read every email until you stop wanting to change them.

Start with your list

The whole job

Five steps. You do the first one.

01

Bring the list

Upload a CSV. Then click Gmail or Outlook. Two clicks, no passwords stored, and you can revoke it any time.

02

It plans the campaign

Give it your website and your notes. Monty plans the sequence from what you sell and who you sell to. You can change the words, the timing and the order before anything goes out.

03

It writes one email per person

No template. Each email is written for the person getting it, from their job, their company and what has been said so far. If Monty does not know a fact, it does not make one up.

04

It sends like a person would

In each person's work hours, on the days you pick, under a daily limit you set. Your address and a one-click unsubscribe go on every email.

05

It answers, and books the meeting

A reply stops the chasing for that person. Monty reads the whole thread, writes the answer, and sets a time. You take the call.

Controls

What stops it embarrassing you.

Checks before every send

Spam words, shouting, broken links, a missing unsubscribe. A flagged email waits until someone clears it.

Stops when someone pushes back

Monty reads the tone of every reply. If someone sounds annoyed, or asks to be left alone, mail to them stops. An opt-out stops it at once.

Flags what needs you

A buying signal, an objection, a mention of a rival. They go in one place for you to act on or dismiss.

Only admins release mail

Approval goes with the role. Admins can review and release. Members and viewers cannot send on their own.

A record on every contact

Every email, reply and status change on a person, with who or what did it. Approvals and sends go to a log that cannot be edited after.

One switch pauses everything

Put Monty back to drafts-only across every mailbox from the header. Or pause one campaign, or take over one thread and write the reply yourself.

What you see

Four screens. Nothing to dig for.

Draft queue

Every email waiting for approval, across all mailboxes. Approve, edit or reject from one place.

Signals

Buying signals, objections and rival mentions picked out of replies, with a suggested next step.

Contact timeline

Every touch on a person, so you can see where the conversation is going.

Campaign results

Sends, opens, replies and meetings by step. Try two angles and see which email got the reply.

Common questions

+Where do the leads come from?

You bring them. Monty works the list you upload as a CSV. We do not sell lead data.

+Does it start sending on its own?

No. Every account starts in Assisted: Monty writes every email and reply, and nothing sends until you approve it. Autopilot is a switch you throw when you are ready, and you can switch back.

+Can I use Monty without letting it send anything?

Yes. Assisted holds every email for your approval. Manual goes further: no campaign runs and no reply is answered unless you ask for it. Stay in either as long as you like.

+How does it know how I write?

From your edits. Every draft you change and approve is kept as a correction and fed into the next one. There is no fixed number of edits; it depends on how much you change.

+Can more than one person use it?

The plan is one user, with one voice per workspace, shaped by the corrections you approve. If you need more than one person signed in, tell us at hello@montyai.co.

+Does it read all my email?

Only the mailboxes you connect yourself. On connect it imports roughly the last month of mail so it has context on live threads, then checks for new messages from there, skipping spam and trash. Disconnecting a mailbox stops access at once.

+Do you support Outlook or Microsoft 365?

Yes. Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, through each provider's own consent screen. Self-hosted Exchange and plain IMAP are not supported.
