+Is there a usage limit?
The plan includes a monthly allowance of Monty's work — writing an email, answering a reply, a send on Autopilot, planning a campaign — enough for about 18,000 cold emails a month with their replies answered, on Autopilot or not. Unused allowance carries over while you are subscribed. When it runs out Monty stops, so nothing bills that you did not choose; a top-up is a switch you turn on. Watching your mailboxes, learning how you write, and the dashboard draw nothing.
+What happens when we cancel?
You are billed monthly with no minimum term, so cancelling stops the next charge and nothing else. Inside the first 30 days, cancelling brings your payment back in full. After that, you keep the month you have paid for, your workspace stays readable so you can export what you need, and there is no call to sit through and no retention flow.
