How long until I see my first drafts?

Usually the same day. Once your Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox is linked and your workspace is switched on, Monty starts watching for new incoming lead emails and drafting replies. Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 support is built but not switched on yet, so those mailboxes can't be connected — tell us if that's your setup and we'll let you know as soon as it's live. Your first drafts land in your Inbox under “Drafts to approve”; expect the first few to need light edits while the voice profile calibrates.
