Product · Review Mode
Review mode is how Monty stays accountable. Every AI-drafted email waits in a queue you control — preview it, edit it, approve or reject it. Approvals and sends are recorded, and what went out shows up in your activity feed.

Trust Ladder
The trust model moves from manual to autonomous — but only when you are ready. Approvals and sends are recorded at every level, so you can review before or after the fact. We expect most teams to stay in manual or assisted mode for months. That is fine.
Drafts only. Monty writes and proposes, you initiate every action. Nothing sends on its own.
Monty drafts, you approve. You pick which steps need sign-off and the rest waits for you. This is the default for new accounts.
Monty runs eligible steps on its own, inside the safety controls you set — pause on negative replies, mailbox checks, daily send limits. Sends land in your activity feed, so you review after the fact rather than before.

Controls
In review mode, every AI-drafted email and follow-up waits in a review queue. Nothing goes to a prospect until you approve it.
Approval is role-gated. Admins can review and release messages; members and viewers cannot send on their own. Higher roles inherit what the roles below them can do.
Every contact has a timeline — messages, replies, signals and status changes, with who or what caused each one. Draft approvals and sends are also written to an append-only log with timestamp, actor, and outcome.
Before a send goes out, Monty checks the draft for spam signals, shouting and formatting problems, and for links or domains it cannot verify against the thread. Flagged drafts are blocked until a reviewer clears them.
Choose which steps need a human. Require approval before the first outreach email, before AI replies go out, before a lead is marked qualified, and before a new campaign activates — each one toggled on its own.
Start with full approval on everything. As trust builds, selectively enable autonomy for specific action types. The upgrade is always explicit, never automatic.
Who review mode is for
You're personally in every deal. Review mode keeps you in the loop without managing the inbox yourself.
Your reps draft, Monty refines, you approve before anything goes out. Quality control without the bottleneck.
Compliance requires records. Draft approvals and outbound sends are written to an append-only, tamper-evident log with timestamp, actor, and outcome.
Start with full approval. Get comfortable. Move to autonomy when you're ready — there's no pressure.
Approval-first. Every action waits for your review. The system never sends anything without explicit sign-off until you choose to change that.
Yes. You might keep full preview on cold outreach to new accounts while allowing auto-send on meeting confirmations. Each action type has its own trust policy.
You choose the checkpoints. Require approval before the first outreach email and before AI replies go out, and set Monty to pause when a reply reads as negative — you decide how many negative signals it takes. When one fires, Monty stops contacting that lead and notifies you instead of sending.
One click. Autonomy settings are reversible at any time. No penalty, no data loss, no disruption to in-flight work.
Plans from £499/mo — approval-first by default.
