Product · Autopilot
Email automation on your terms. Monty drafts every reply and follow-up across your connected inboxes — and on the Professional plan sends within the rules you set — holding anything sensitive for your approval and stopping outreach the moment a lead pushes back. You stay in command from the Inbox.

How autopilot works
Define who Monty should respond to, with what tone, and under which conditions.
Replies, follow-ups, and re-engagement of cold leads run around the clock. You choose the posture: approve every send, or switch Monty to autonomous and let it send inside your rules. Every plan can do both.
When a lead is warm and ready to buy, Monty flags it and hands off. You show up for the conversation that matters.
Where you stay in control
All pending drafts across inboxes. Approve, edit, or reject from one surface.
Buying signals, objections, and competitor mentions picked out of replies. Approve or dismiss the suggested action.
Every reply on a lead, tagged with sentiment and intent, so you can see where the conversation is heading.
Every campaign action with timestamp, context, and result, streaming live on the campaign it belongs to.
Capabilities
See your draft backlog, pending approvals, and live activity in one view. Know where the pipeline stands without digging through inboxes.
Monty reads the tone of every reply. When a lead sounds annoyed or asks to be left alone, outreach to that lead pauses automatically. You choose how sensitive that trigger is.
Monty flags the threads that need you: buying signals, objections, competitor mentions, and replies that read as negative. They queue up in one place to approve or dismiss.
One switch in your header puts Monty back to draft-only across every connected inbox, so nothing sends without your approval. Pause a single campaign from the campaigns view, or take over a thread and write the reply yourself.
Define exactly what Monty can do on its own — and what always needs your nod. Auto-send routine follow-ups and hold for approval on anything sensitive. Always adjustable.
A chronological feed of what Monty did across your connected inboxes: drafts created, drafts approved or rejected, emails sent, leads added, stages changed. It sits on your dashboard home.
All of it, on every plan. Autopilot dashboard views, the negative-reply guardrail, smart escalation, and autonomous sending — Monty sending inside your rules without per-send approval — are available at every subscription level. Plans differ on volume, not on capability. Every account starts approval-first; autonomous is a switch you throw when you're ready.
Yes. Approval-first is the default: Monty prepares replies and follow-ups, and nothing sends until you approve it. Switch to Manual from the header if you want that locked, and review everything from the Inbox.
Monty scans each inbound reply for negative and opt-out language — phrases like “not interested”, “this is spam”, or “remove me”. You choose how many negative signals it takes before Monty stops contacting that lead. An explicit opt-out always stops it immediately.
One global pause button. All automation stops immediately across all inboxes. Resume when ready — no data loss, no disruption to draft history.
